From the hallway, one enters the large living room, with high ceilings and tall windows overlooking Rue de Varenne and the lovely old buildings with slate roofs. It is furnished with comfortable high quality designer chairs and couches, a grand piano that guests are welcome to play, TV, and stereo with CD player. The dining room has a fireplace and an English antique dining table seating six or more. The original hardwood floors, "parquets Versailles", are in all the main rooms.

Next to the living room, the master bedroom has windows overlooking the street, a comfortable queen size bed with quality firm mattress, bookshelves and a writing table. The second bedroom, across the hall facing the quiet courtyard, has an attractive city view, a double and a single bed, bookcases, and closets.
